A workshop.

For Entrepreneurs who also like to make things

It’s non-hierarchal but I open, hold and close the space.

April 2nd 2-4 pm GMT Online

Register for Art Vision Workshop

During this workshop we will:

Meditate and Pray on the energy we wish to bring into our life

Work on an existing piece, project or brainstorming idea.

This can be anything you want such as Love, Community, Prosperity even a new pet or a new home. No judgement here.

Create your Own Art representation

No rules you can paint, create poetry, collage, create a vision board, or upcycle a chair (me) make a dress any thing you want to do. It has to be creative, this is a co-working art space.   That will be filled with fun, community and care. 

Bring Snacks, Your blanket, tea and your Art Supplies.

When you register I will send you a list of supplies you may wish to get but you don't need to get stuff. 

Then join us in the Village Hall online or at my studio

Coaching

I have a programme for that! This space is a compassionate peer mentoring container.

A Talking Therapy session

The only advice given is around creativity and there may be some tips shared but this isn’t Art Therapy although the space is highly therapeutic.

A place to disregard the boundaries of others.

Creatives are sensitive souls and we can feel very drained quickly so we ask all participants to be mindful of their own limits and sensitivity and this means being responsible for your self and their emotions during the sessions. This means taking breaks, having your own music if that suits you and taking responsibility for any triggers you may experience, as a Trauma-informed coach I offer ad hoc sessions so if you need support please contact me.

Other points

Some people may not want to speak during the sessions please don’t take this personally, as you know creatives are often in their imagination.

Your artwork doesn’t have to do will your business, remember it is a space for your brain to be expansive and this helps with planning and business.

Its best to have an open heart and be more compassionate with yourself during these sessions.
