Join Me for this .2-hour Circle and end-of-year gathering honouring the Winter Solstice.(Which is early because I will be travelling in December)

Content:

Combining Meditation with a Somatic Art Practice.

• You will use the body as a Vessel to create an expressive Art Piece.

• You will set your plans for the next six months.

• Special herbal tea and treats will be offered during the ceremony.

• We will be working with the Colour Gold. Markers, Paints, or any other medium of your choice.

• If in personal materials will be provided.
