New Course Introduction to Aromatherapy Online  3rd June 2013

The course will have a variety of teaching methods Pdf’s, live!! and pre recorded videos, and a private webpage.
You will have online Tutorial support via email/ skype / google hangout depending on your time zone.

What you will learn.

History of aromatherapy oils and their uses
The benefits of aromatherapy oils and their uses
Health and Safety when using essential oils (such as contra- indications).
Methods of application ie bath, oil burner, massage.
How to create a blends for yourself and family and treat minor ailments such as stress, insomnia, skin problems, Hair growth and colds.
How to carry out a Back Neck and shoulder massage.
An introduction to the chakras an overview.

This will be a six week course
Each week you will study one essential oil and work with its effects via massage, oil burner, in skincare or in the bath.

Join us for this Amazing and Powerful eight week Online Course.

In this course you will move through the Energy centers using the Healing modalities of Visualisation, Expressive Art therapy and Aromatherapy.

Each week you will receive a visualisation, video introduction of each chakra and a PDF.

We cover the healing modalities that will assist you balancing your chakras such as Movement, Abdominal massage, etc .

You will learn the properties of Essential Oils and how they affect your Emotional, Physical and

Spiritual well being

You will also learn how to use the oils by various methods such as baths and elixirs.

Each week we will move through a different Chakra and there is a web meeting every week and every four weeks we have a Skype conference.

Next Moon and Solstice Circle

This special 3 hour Circle completes our Winter /Summer Solstice work. For returning circle members we will be looking at the goals you set at the Winter Solstice. We will also be Creating from the Heart using Art and Poetry. more info to come. This will be the last moon circle before I go on retreat.

This will also be a New Moon on the 19th June so bring your wishes for the next Six months.

I have been working with women in the role of  Workshop leader, Trainer , Therapist, and Expressive Artist Facilitator for the past 11 years and I now feel the time is right to pass on the knowledge and experience I have gained onto others.  I often hear women express a need to serve other women, the goddess, the mamas etc,  but they do not know where to start. With a vast amount  of groups starting online there is very little regulation into leadership roles in an area that often attracts vulnerable people.

There can be implications running a workshop /circle without the correct skills to deal with issues that could arise during a group process.

The Creative Healing Playshop Facilitator course has been created with a firm foundation so that you can be present for your group and do not have to  develop either a martyr or guru syndrome.  You can assist others transform in a healthy, professional and creative way.

With our planet going through vast  changes there is a need for people to gather, share and support each other.  The Creative Healing Pla yshops offer a  sp ace for us to do o ur work, and create our own rites of passages for ourselves and our daughters”.
