Meditation: Art: Healing: Sharing: dancing and loving.

In this workshop we will focus on:

Connection with your Sacred gatekeeper/guide.

Learning about the ancient secret of developing a relationship with your body and the sacred art techniques of getting in touch with your sensual feminine nature.

Tapping into the language of your body through the body map process and clearing any deep blocks

Setting an intention/Goal for the Autumn.

We will be using Creative Healing Playbook Art techinques to get in touch with your inner guidance.

We will also use the art of dance to assist with the healing process.
